Craig HUBER is the Director of “The Spartan Group Ltd”, founded in 2009. Since then the company has thrived and grown to become specialists in all forms of building, development, construction, planning and finance. In 2019 Spartan Land Division joined with the newly formed PMJ Services to maximise the expertise we could offer to clients. Patrick O’Sulivan of PMJ Services was chosen for his unique and professional approach to planning, he brings to Spartan Land a huge wealth of knowledge in both the commercial sector and commercial planning. The pairing between Spartan land division and PMJ ensure the service given to our clients is unrivalled.

Since 2019 The Spartan Group Ltd has continued to provide its clients an exceptional service in the housing and planning sector releasing funds that would have previously have gone unrealised. On many occasions allowing people to fund other areas of their lives.

PMJ Services Ltd was founded in 2018 by Patrick O’Sullivan, following over a decade of experience in planning and development across residential and commercial sectors. Prior to launching PMJ, Patrick successfully operated several commercial sites and ran a self-storage business, which he sold in 2018 to pursue new opportunities in land promotion and development.

PMJ Services was created to work in collaboration with The Spartan Group under a unique “No Win, No Fee” planning model. At the heart of this venture is a powerful proprietary software system that enables us to analyse properties across the UK and identify potential planning gain opportunities—many of which go unnoticed by others.

Our Process for Planning

The Spartan Group Ltd and PMJ Services will start the planning process within 5 working days after the contracts have been signed. We use specialist consultants at every stage of the process and keep the client updated on a regular basis.

Dear sirs Land adjoining 235 London Road When we started this journey, Craig and Pat were just 2 prospective buyers of our land. But after the initial meeting with Craig we were already realising that these were the kind of people who would make this transition much easier and less stressful. Selling part of your home is always going to be a difficult decision. Craig recognises this and tries to make it a much more informal process where he builds trust and delivers what he can when possible. Very quickly we realise that this opportunity had been structured to be in both our best interests. The formal legalities were kept to a minimum with plain English used where possible. Discussions about alterations where made in an open and transparent way. Every step of the way, the guys let us know where we stood but also shielded us from some of the items that we couldn’t influence and would just cause concern.
