Our approach is powered by advanced proprietary software that scans and analyses properties across the UK, uncovering planning gain opportunities that are often overlooked. With data-driven insight and a results-focused model, we help unlock hidden potential in land and property assets.
Once a site with potential is identified, we typically secure an option agreement with the landowner, manage the full planning process, and, upon successful approval, purchase the land at a pre-agreed price. We then take the project through to full build-out or, in some cases, sell the site with planning permission already granted.
Since the inception of SpartanPMJ:
- Built approximately 35 dwellings across 15 different sites
- Gained planning for and sold 3 sites (totalling 8 dwellings) to other developers
- Secured permissions for 5 self-build/custom-build plots
- Worked with a wide range of clients including private individuals, developers, farmers, and landowners
