- AVO ( Added Value Optimisation ) – Our “AVO” product aims to increase the value of the clients existing asset through innovative and intelligent planning, working closely to build a firm relationship between client and council to establish the sites full potential .
- OPTION AGREEMENTS – A legal contract is entered into between SpartanPMJ and client which agrees the purchase of the asset at a fixed price once planning permission is secured. The completion of the option is then executed upon planning approval. The whole process is completed within a fixed timescale to give the client piece of mind.
- BUY OUTS – SpartanPMJ buy the asset on an unconditional basis.
- JOINT VENTURES – SpartanPMJ undertake to deal with all planning and building considerations in relation to a scheme. The client undertakes to volunteering his asset. The asset is valued with planning, this amount is deducted from the profit, the costs of planning and building out are also deducted from the schemes profit. The remaining profit after each share is paid out is then split 50/50 with both SpartanPMJ and client.
